Shipping policy

At Grind Sim Racing, we strive to deliver your sim racing accessories quickly and efficiently, ensuring your gear arrives safely so you can focus on what matters most – hitting the track. Please read our shipping policy below for details on order processing, shipping options, and more.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 12 PM EST are processed the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details. A tracking number will follow once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. Rates vary based on weight and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee, with delivery estimated within 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: We proudly ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International: Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for additional fees and delivery times.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, factors such as weather, holiday demand, or carrier delays may impact delivery. If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@grindsimracing.com within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to find a solution, including replacement or refund options as applicable.
